HOSPITAL & EMERGENCY CARE
Call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room if you have a medical emergency. If you need to talk to an LCDF medical provider before the next business day, call your clinic number or 1-888-544-4406.
Emergency Care- LCDF doctors provide hospital care at Memorial Medical Center and Mountain View Regional Medical Center. If you have to go to the emergency room, identify yourself as a LCDF patient. The emergency room doctors will call your doctor (or our doctor on call) if needed.
Hospital Admissions- If you are admitted to the hospital a LCDF provider can care for you while you are in the hospital and arrange for specialists if needed. All hospital charges are the patient's responsibility.
Newborn Care- LCDF works with First Step Women's Clinic to facilitate the delivery of your baby. When you arrive at the hospital, tell them you are a LCDF patient. A LCDF provider will be notified when your baby is born and will make arrangements to examine your baby at the hospital. After you are discharged, contact LCDF for continued follow up care of your new baby
