Marian G. Landau, DO, is the Medical Director and cares for patients at our East Mesa Clinic. She has worked with La Clinica de Familia for nearly 13 years of combined patient care. Dr. Landau received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. She completed her Osteopathic Rotating Internship and then continued with her Family Medicine Residency, both at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Landau has served the Las Cruces uninsured and homeless community as a volunteer at the St. Luke’s Health Care Clinic.

Rachel Saavedra, CNP cares for patients at our East Mesa Medical clinic. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas in El Paso. She has over 13 years of nursing experience with strong knowledge and background in primary care, urgent care and the sub-specialty of gastroenterology.

Dr. Fabio Spadaro is American board certified in Family Medicine, and provides a full spectrum of care for patients of all ages. His philosophy of care is providing individualized care following evidence-based medicine. He has received his medical degree from the University of Padova, Italy, has completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham-Montgomery, and his Residency in Family Medicine at Southern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency Program, Las Cruces, New Mexico. He has 15+ years of practice as a family medicine doctor in New Mexico and Arizona. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
