Resource Development Coordinator/Technical Writer:
Works under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and in
cooperation with Program Directors to plan and develop proposals,
coordinate activities related to the planning and development of
federal, state, and other resources for LCDF health, education,
and social services programs. Bachelors’ Degree in
English, business administration or health-related field from an
accredited college or university with an emphasis on technical communication/business
writing with 5 yrs experience in document production or Masters
Degree in English/Technical Communication, in Business Administration,
Public Administration or Health Administration and related experience.
Medical Administrative Secretary: Performs a variety
of administrative duties such scheduling medical administrative
operations, assures adherence to licensing requirements and provides
direct support for Medical Operations Director and Medical Director.
Acts as confidential secretary for the Medical Operations and Medical
Clinical Directors. while promoting the well being of all people
of S. NM through community health and social services. Typing 65+
wpm. Must have excellent computer skills, good public relations
skills. Associates Degree in Secretarial Science with 1
year of experience in related field or 4 years of experience in
related field. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Teacher/Caregiver: Responsible for planning, implementing
and supervising developmental activities for infants and young children
while also ensuring that the classroom environment and activities
are respectful, safe, nurturing, age appropriate and culturally
sensitive for the children and their families. Also conducts home
visits / parent conferences, and serves as an educational and informational
resource for families and staff. Completion of CDA (certification)
is preferred, or demonstration of working toward CDA, or completion
of Associate’s Degree in Child Development or a related field.
Business Office Supervisor (North): Under the
direction and guidance of the Chief Operations Officer, performs
a variety of supervisory tasks of directing front office daily operations
for Southern Health Centers front office personnel. Assists in the
planning, development, implementation and evaluation of health center
programs and services collaborating with the appropriate personnel.
Has direct supervision responsibility of assigned health center
office managers. Supervises, and reviews assigned components such
as primary care and dental services, community projects, staff development,
and related operations. Supervises business office in each assigned
health center ensuring that appropriate fiscal reporting and control
is maintained in accordance with fiscal policies and practices.
Associates’ degree (preferably a Bachelors’
degree) in the medical field from an accredited university, and
3 to 5 years experience in ambulatory health care administration
Janitor: (Rover P/T): Performs general cleaning
duties ensuring that the clinic remains in a sanitary, orderly and
attractive conditions while adhering to safety standards and practices.
Needed mostly for floor maintenance duties and to cover other sites
as needed during evening hours. Must be self-initiating and adaptable.
Must be able to interpret and follow a variety of written/oral instructions.

Certified Pharmacy Technician: Responsible for
the overall technician duties and maintenance of the central San
Miguel pharmacy, supply and maintenance of drug rooms of all LCDF
clinic sites, and facilitation of all Patient Assistance Programs.
Helps Senior Technician with returns of outdated medication pulled
from clinic drug rooms. Assures that all supplies are accessible
for medical provider to dispense prescribed medication from drug
rooms. Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
(all employees of La Clinica de Familia) as well as external customers
(clinic patients, drug reps, etc.) Minimum high school diploma
or equivalent and minimum two years experience in related position.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Patient Representative: Maintains patient records
